新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来，非洲国家驻穗总领事馆官员以不同形式支持中国抗击疫情，下面来看埃塞俄比亚总领事、马里总领事和苏丹总领事对抗击疫情的声援。

一、埃塞俄比亚驻穗总领事：相信中国会打赢这场疫情防控阻击战

埃塞俄比亚驻广州总领事泰菲力·麦莱斯·德斯塔（Teferi Melesse DESTA）表示，中国政府本着负责任的态度分享新型冠状病毒肺炎的疫情信息，得益于此，世界卫生组织和各地的科学家可以尽快开发出精确的诊断检测技术，以及有效的疫苗。因此，他非常感谢中国。

Teferi Melesse DESTA, Consul General of Ethiopia in Guangzhou, has expressed that with the recent outbreak of NCP, the Chinese government has taken steps to share information, data, and the genetic sequence of the virus with the WHO and international health experts, and has also been open, which has helped scientists from all around the world to develop a vaccine to fight against the deadly virus.

他同时表示，所有国家都要以团结和合作的精神共同努力。正如世卫组织总干事谭德塞说的那样：要事实，不要恐惧；要科学，不要谣言。只要科学防控，才能抗击疫情！

He also expressed that all countries should cooperate closely with China to strengthen cooperation within the framework of the WHO. He underlined the importance of avoiding discrimination, stigma and overreaction while responding to the outbreak. As Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the WHO, said, “This is the time for facts, not fear. This is the time for science, not rumors.”

Source of human wisdom, a center of civilization,

By winning the fight against the novel Coronavirus,

China can do, yes, she can do she can address

China is an all-weather friend of global community,

Thus, now it’s time to extend our support to this Great People in Unity.

We have to say we are with China all together,

During this challenging time of a bad weather,

This epidemic is not limited to here locally,

In fact it is threat to all human being globally.

二、马里驻广州总领事馆总领事加库女士支持中国抗击疫情

当非洲研究院执行院长刘继森教授就非盟峰会有关话题对加库女士进行采访时，她回答了提问，同时表达了对中国人民抗击疫情的敬意，称赞中国建设医院的速度。

总领事女士，您对非洲联盟在2月9日举行的非洲联盟首脑会议在非洲经济和社会发展中的作用有何看法？

加库总领事：Bonjour Monsieur LIU. Le Sommet de l'UA vient de prendre fin à Addis Abeba.  Le développement socio-économique de l'Afrique était au cœur des débats avec la mise en œuvre de la Zone de Libre Échange Economique. Les Présidents ont compris qu'à l’image de l'Europe c’est un développement intégré des économies qui permettra un développement global du continent.

Le coronavirus, je suis convaincue sera rapidement éradiqué avec la volonté d'associer tous les scientifiques du monde à travers l'OMS. C'est la synergie d'action des chercheurs qui a toujours vaincu les différents virus qui ont ravagé le monde.

La Chine a montré sa grande capacité en construisant des hôpitaux  de plus de 2000 places en moins de 10 jours. Cela est extraordinaire et tous les efforts déployés par le Gouvernement Chinois pour combattre ce fléau sont à saluer ! L'aide des autres savants permettra de venir à bout de ce virus comme ce fût le cas pour le SRAS H1N1.

刘先生，非洲联盟首脑会议刚刚在亚的斯亚贝巴结束。随着经济自由贸易区的建立，非洲的社会经济发展是讨论的核心。各国总统认识到，与欧洲一样，经济的综合发展将使非洲大陆的全面发展成为可能。我相信，冠状病毒很快就会被根除，因为世界上越来越多的科学家通过世卫组织参与到抗“疫”行动中来。研究人员的协同作用总是能战胜蹂躏世界的各种病毒。中国在不到10天的时间内建造了超过2000个床位的医院，显示了其巨大的能力。这是不寻常的，中国政府为抗击疫情所做的一切努力都是值得赞扬的！在其他科学家的帮助下，新冠病毒必将被击败，就像对H1N1和非典那样。

三、苏丹驻广州总领事馆支持中国抗击疫情

2月10日，苏丹驻广州总领事尤瑟夫先生（Adam Yousif Mohamed Mohamedain）接受了刘继森教授的微信采访，主要话题是非盟峰会以及新冠肺炎疫情的影响。

 

刘教授：Mr.CG, at the end of the AU summit on February 9, what do you think of the role of the AU in Africa's future economic and social development? In addition, what do you think of the future epidemic response? Thank you!

总领事先生，在2月9日非盟峰会结束之际，你如何看待非盟在非洲未来经济和社会发展中的作用？另外，您对未来的疫情应对有什么看法？谢谢您！

尤瑟夫总领事：So it is at this moment that our compassion is firmly with our friends in the People’s Republic of China, grappling with the terrible pandemic of CORONAVIRUS, and to whom we address our solidarity. 

此时此刻，我们坚定地与中华人民共和国的朋友们站在一起，同可怕的冠状病毒大流行作斗争，向他们表示我们的声援。

African Union in its 33th Summit addressed all the challenges that face the Continent and showed firm , solidarity and determination to solve them.

The summit expressed its sympathy and support to China in its sincere efforts to fight the epidemic of the Coronavirus as mentioned above by H E Mousa Faki Chairperson of the AU Commission.

We all with our friendly Country China and sure to win the battle against the disease.
