Dong Junwu, senior researcher, PhD in management, professor, tutor for master degree students.
Dong obtained his bachelor degree in materials science and engineering from Wuhan University of Technology in 1997, and his doctoral degree in management science and engineering in 2004.
Dong worked as a technician in the assembling and trial-manufacturing factory of Dongfeng Auto Group from 1997 to 1999. Later he worked as a senior staff in the department of business administration (investment) of Guangzhou Yuexiu Group.
Dong has been teaching in GDUFS since 2006. He became a tutor for master degree students in June 2007, and a management professor in December 2010. From 2015 to 2017, he was sponsored by the National Scholarship Council to participate in a visiting scholar program in the department of marketing in Quinlan School of Business of Loyola University Chicago.
Research Orientation: Innovation and Strategic Management, Micro-foundation of Local Culture and Company Strategy.
Achievement: Published over 30 articles in leading journals, including Management World, China Industrial Economics, Studies on Marxism and Reform; Led and accomplished three national and provincial programs, including a NSSFC program and a Ministry of Education social science program.
