Introduction: PhD in Economics, professor, tutor for master degree students; studied in Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in Austria, Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris, University of Missouri in the US, and participated in a visiting scholar program in Ryerson University in Canada between 2014 to 2015; currently conducting research on strategic management and international business; tutoring students in Master of Business Administration, Master of International Business and Master of Business English programs.

Achievement: Led and accomplished a National Social Science Fund of China (NSSFC) program; participated in another NSSFC program; led and accomplished five provincial social science planning program; published over 50 articles in academic journals at home and abroad; published and translated four monographs as the chief editor and co-edited a publication; two of her results in research won the second prize in the provincial outstanding social science achievement award; selected the annual leading researcher in provincial higher-education discipline between 2004 and 2006; won multiple Master Training Excellence Award; leading a provincial research program.

Courses: Wu is currently teaching various undergraduate courses, graduate courses, MBA courses and MIB courses in GDUFS, including international business course and strategic management courses. Both of the two courses are taught completely in English. She has been invited to several institutes to give out courses and lectures, including: Chinese Economy course for MBA students in Universidad Santo Tomás in 2009; Strategic Management course for the first batch of doctoral degree students in management science and engineering in National University of Laos in 2011; Global Management: China lecture for Hochschule der Künste Bern in 2013; “Transitioning Chinese Economy” lecture for Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) in 2014. In April 2017, She participated in the European Union’s “Erasmus+: Mobility Staff for Teaching” program and attended the five-day professional education activity in Szczecin University. During the visit, she was also invited to deliver a lecture on Chinese economy to a high school in Szczecin.
