Dean Fu Lang Meet with Miss Alima Danfakha Gakou

On September 11th, Fu Lang, Dean of IAS, GDUFS and Executive Vice President of Guangdong Public Diplomacy Association, met with Alima Danfakha Gakou, head of Consulate General of African countries in China and Mali consul general, accompanied by Liu Jisen, Executive President of IAS, GDUFS, Qin Hong, director of Foreign Affairs Office, People's Government of Guangdong Province, and Lv Jiqun, senior researcher of IAS, GDUFS.

Dean Fu Lang paid close attention to Beijing summit of 2018 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), especially eight major initiatives in close collaboration with African countries put forward by President Xi. Dean Fu Lang and Miss Alima Danfakha Gakou exchanged their ideas on China-Africa cooperation and future plans for China-Africa cultural exchange.

President Liu Jisen talked about Belt & Road African Studies Alliance and the idea of setting up "African class". Miss Alima Danfakha Gakou showed great interest in Articles of the Alliance and the enrollment of "African class" and had a nice communication with President Liu.

At the end of the event, Dean Fu Lang presented gifts to Miss Alima Danfakha Gakou.
