Wang Mu

Wang Mu, special research fellow, associate professor. She received a bachelor degree in French language department from the School of Foreign Studies of Nanjing University in 2000, and later a master degree in French language and literature from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2003. She then stayed in GDUFS as a teacher. In 2012, she obtained a doctoral degree in French language and literature from GDUFS.


Wang has been a teacher in the French department of the Faculty of European Language & Cultures in GDUFS since 2003. Later she was sponsored by l’Université de La Rochelle, and visited it for inter-institutional exchange and study between 2006 and 2007. Between 2015 and 2016, she was granted the sponsorship from China Scholarship Council, and went for a visiting scholar program in Université de Lorraine.

 

Research Orientation: Modern and Contemporary Literature in French, Country-specific Research.


Achievement: Led and accomplished municipal high-level talent programs; participate the Guangzhou “Twelfth Five-year Plan” program for philosophy and social science, a provincial program for philosophy and social science, two provincial education programs and a university-level research group for national programs as a core member. Published a monograph; wrote a textbook as the chief editor, co-edited a publication, published over ten articles in core journals at home and abroad.
