President Xi put forward eight major initiatives at 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. Among the eight major initiatives, the improvement on capacity is of great importance to African countries, since the largest problem in African development is the little attention paid to human resources.
As we all know, Guangzhou is the world's distribution center for auto parts and supplies, and Africa is a hypermarket for used cars. Poor road conditions lead to frequent vehicle failure in Africa. How to meet the African demand for auto parts? Conclusions can be drawn from several-month investigation.
First of all, I made acquaintance with EVK Automobile Culture Club though my friend, Xiao Wusong. Established in July, 2016, the EVK Club is a non-profit industry social group with independent legal qualification. Since its foundation, it has successfully held many activities such as “Yongfu Business Circle Music Cocktail Party”, “Yongfu International Automobile Festival”, “International Automobile Drift Competition”, “EVK Morning Tea Gathering, etc. It enjoys great reputation in auto part industry.
Mr. He Jiakang (middle)
To have a better knowledge of auto part industry, I joined 52nd, 54th, 59th KVK Club Morning Tea Gathering where experts shared their experience and ideas, which broadens my horizons. On the other hand, I shared my ideas on China-Africa cooperation, which shortens the distance between my new friends and me.

Mr. Cheng Daoxi, CEO of SJMC Corporation, is also famous in the auto industry. He initiated car maintenance technology summit where more than 500 technicians gathered; and he aims to complete strategic layout of operation centers this year.
Opening Ceremony of SJMC Headquarter
Mr. Cheng Daoxi hoped that the transfer of SJMC's technology can be made with the help of IAS so that more auto repair technicians can be cultivated in Africa, which, I think, is feasible.

I shared the idea of SJMC's training with African experts during my visits to seven African countries, which received positive responses. Prof. KINOTI, Dean of Business School of Riara University, looked for appropriate venues and designed plans in person. Consuls of the Consulate General of Nigeria in Guangzhou thought highly of the idea and paid a visit to SJMC Corporation. Mr. John, chairman of Tanzanian chamber of Commerce in Guangzhou, also had great interests in the training and visited SJMC Corporation in particular. Both of them thought that auto part market met the urgent need of African countries and had a great potential.

Mr. John
I believe that if there are more young people like Mr. He Jiakang and Mr. Cheng Daoxi, more auto part enterprises will have a great development in African countries.
