Mr. Fu Lang, President of IAS, GDUFS, former director of Foreign Affairs Office, People's Government of Guangdong Province, and expert in diplomatic circle, gave an academic lecture on introduction to Africa in Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT).

Africa is an attractive continent full of mystery and magic where you can appreciate beautiful ocean in Mauritius, starry sky in Madagascar and animal paradise in Ethiopia.

Mr. Fu Lang played saxophone before the lecture.

Mr. Fu Lang has traveled to 120 countries. In the past 34 years, he has accumulated abundant craft collections and experience in photography, humanities and diplomacy. In the speech, President Fu Lang guided attendees to have a knowledge of Africa, the mysterious continent. Hr displayed his craft collections with African characteristics and narrated his personal stories in Africa concerning diplomacy, customs, special food, animal migration, etc.

In the meanwhile, Mr. Fu Lang spoke of political, economic and cultural issues of Africa, including celebrities' stories, distribution of resources, local people's life and cooperation between China and African countries.

Mr. Fu Lang's lecture broadened students' horizons and aroused students' interests in Africa.

At the end of the lecture, Mr. Fu Lang received a bouquet of flowers and gifts from GDUT students, and he was invited to take group photos.

Mr. Fu Lang's speech was of great significance, since it made students have a knowledge of Africa from perspectives of music, crafts, photography, clothes, humanities and food.
