On 16th January 2018, Ms. Zeng Yuran, Executive Director of the Global Marketing and Research Center for Chinese Culture, went to the Consulate-general of Senegal and met with Dr. Baye Alioune SAMB, Economist and Economic Counselor of the Consulate-general of Senegal. During the meeting, Ms. Zeng and Dr. SAMB respectively proposed their ideas on risk control measures for investments in Africa, and made a plan for studying this issue. They also exchange their views on future cooperation between Guangdong and Senegal.
